Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is comprised of five members appointed by the president. One will serve as chair and two must be directors. The nominating committee is tasked with discerning the nomination of new board members and officers for the club and presenting and seeking nominations at a club meeting one month prior to the annual meeting scheduled on the 2nd Thursday in December.
